Kid, airing a view and just straight-out telling someone to grow up are two different things. If you call that a view, I feel sorry for you.
Just so you know; nt's don't rip on us for our *private thoughts*, but for obvious social differences and motor coordination issues, etc.

Besides which, misanthropy was coined by nt's, and nt's are misanthropes too :).

Have fun with that. BTW, I shouldn't have to tell you to grow up. You probably don't even shave regularly, so it's a given ;)

I was airing a view and telling you to grow up. Your clearly raged so your coming back at me with insults. Very Childish for someone who likes to act like a "Man".

NT's on the internet are always ripping on some Aspies for there anti-humanity thoughts, don't put your head in the sand.

I think people hate the human race until they find a really good job that pays a good salary, get married and start a family. Then they might hate the human race still but they share this sentiment with their families, not internet forums.
When they fight with their spouses over something it's back to the internet forums again where they talk about how rotten certain members of the human race are. Most single out a group to pick on. This is the way of the human, I have noticed.

Great line of tought but I am married, have a kid, a good job with a decent salary and still despise (most of) humanity.

Politicians, cops and musicians should be lined up against a wall and shot.

If I had a good job and a nice salary I don't know if I could feel misanthropic unless I was treated like crap at work, being the lowest on the totem pole and the like. Then I would start to resent because I guess I am too much of a narcissist to accept being looked upon as a "bottom feeder" with grace. I would demand more. In fact, I wouldn't be happy unless everyone was praising me all the time, calling my ideas brilliant, telling me they like what I am wearing and look "beautiful" today just so I could do this little song and dance with them where I contradict them saying something like this:

"Oh, I'm not that beautiful."

"Oh yes you are!"

"Am NOT!"

"Are SO!"

I guess that's my NTness showing.

Even though I could consider myself damaged, in some ways, I don't consider myself a Misanthrope. How can you be a sensitive or vulnerable person and not become damaged in some ways along the way. Not liking what people do many times doesn't also have to equal a general hatred of the human race. I have always tended to see the good rather than the bad in people, which has also gotten me into a lot of trouble trusting those I sometimes shouldn't have. I have learned the hard way that people aren't basically the same as myself. They lie for no reason, take advantage of, rob, etc., etc... I still don't hate people but I am now more wary and guarded and don't take anything for granted in terms of what they may be capable of.

Okay, this little kid on here just reminded me of something else.

I freakin' HATE teenagers! Much of what I said earlier was of adults -but the obviously youthful attitude of the "grow up" boy has reminded me of worse social dependence enacted by NT teenage kids - largely due to undeveloped brains that, if you'll cast your minds to your later childhood, may recall a lack of awareness to greater detail. Or if you cannot; merely observe the social actions of the young. Teenage kids provide a more honest, though not by intent, look at societies.
I suppose that's why I hate teenagers! As a society is fallible; the worst traits are reflected in children!

well, I suppose childlish, to difference it from childlike, would mean: immature.

you would be surprised to know how many adult looking are still children inside. Most of us are taught to grow up and by this they 'kill' the child within.

An adult is a person who has only kept the negative aspects of a child

IRWEASAL, I don't much care for being told to grow up by some punk kid barely out of puberty ;).
Especially when said punk kid fails to realize intent of forums.
Notice I said I was being honest, and that was how I feel?
How could I "grow up" from that? Completely rewrite my base character?
Immaturity would be enacting those feelings; rather than using self control. Self control, kid, is a little skill you pick up when you grow up :).

Have fun with that.

Grow up, Ishmael. Sooner or later you'll be squeezed out of your comfort zone and engaged by the world if the world will not be engaged by you. It is as invetiable as your next trip to the bathroom.
