bad posture. do you have bad posture or wear glasses?

I used to have bad posture, but it's gotten better since I started resistance training. I've been doing exercises like assisted pull-ups, push-ups, and squats. All of those work many of the large muscles, including the muscles in the core (abdominals and back).

I've noticed that as those muscles have gotten stronger, my posture has gotten much, much better.

So, if you have poor posture, and it's a problem for you, it is possible to improve it. It takes some dedication, but it's possible.
