I'm a man who loves it hot and spicy. Buffalo wings, nachos, and any form of chili in particular, the heartier the better.

Also, I'm practically addicted to General Tso's chicken. It's better than crack if you ask me. All that's kept me going on particularly bad days.

Living in Connecticut for the past two and a half months I must have spent about 500$ on the stuff. Got to the point where the guys at the take out joint knew me by name and pretty much had it ready for me by the time I called. Talk about fast food!

Try this one of a quick to make sauce - it takes something less time to make than it takes time to boil the noodles; for 4 persons:

300 g Minced beef
1 onion
Garlic
150 g Soured cream
Basil
Thyme
Red wine
Black pepper
100 g Concentrated tomato puree
Olive oil

Cut the onion and the garlic in small dices. Heat the some olive oil in a put and add the minced beef and the garlic. After few minutes (half time before the minced beef is roasted) add the onion. If the beef is ready add some red wine and the tomato puree. Mix it well through with the soured cream and the spices. Leave on the small flame for 3 to 5 minutes or till the noodles are ready.

sounds very tasty. I may try that. I have also found sprinkling grated cheddar cheese on top also tastes very good.

To stay with quick sauces for noodles:

150 g of blue cheese (Gorgonzola, Roquefort, Stilton etc. - according to taste and preference)
75 g Butter
50 ml Olive oil
Double cream
Soured cream
Sage
Nutmeg
Garlic
Black pepper

Cut the cheese into pieces and melt it with butter and the olive oil. Add double cream and soured cream till it becomes homogeneous semi liquid mass. Crunch the garlic e.g with a garlic press, add the sage (very important: otherwise the sauce tastes "dump"), the black pepper and some nutmeg. Ready to serve - three to five minutes for the preparation.

You may add some Kirschwasser (a brandy made out of cherries).

I love Spaghetti Bolognese! I had it at a restaurant once and was hooked since. I rarely have the time to make the sauce and it's hard to find the sauce in the store. (Especially when I lived in North Carolina, where I couldn't find it at all.)

I always have a craving for crisps, chocolate and biscuits (cookies.) If at McDonald's I will always eat a plain cheeseburger (with ketchup) and fries which I guess is food I always want.

lasagne! love the stuff, when I go to my fave resturant I know exactly what I'm ordering.

The salad boxes at school, I always have pasta with tuna and coleslaw or potato salad, I never get bored of them.

There's something about Mrs Smith's frozen Peach cobblers. They are frozen, I know, and you have to heat one up and this is instantly taboo among many gourmets but they really are good and the peaches they use are higher quality.

If you can hold of it: use real Parmigiano-Reggiano, vecchio (2 years matured).

But sometime you can even get hold of Parmigiano-Reggiano extra stravecchione (7 years matured) - something of a quality of its own.

Steak!! !! I can't live without steak! In fact I'm taking my family out tonight to the Outback Steakhouse! Mmmmmm! By the way, they have the best steak and now their prices are reasonable. It used to be too expensive to go there. Now you can get a steak dinner for $10. It used to be like $15 for the same thing. It is probably due to this severe recession/depression that I caused that they lowered their prices.

I love steak! Medium - still a little bloody. Outback is good. They use a lot of pepper! :D

But my favorite, when I go to a steakhouse, is prime rib - with horseradish and au jus. Yummmmm! I don't know if they do that at Outback. I don't think I'd order it there. It just doesn't seem "Aussie". I'd probably just get something with a giant piece of steak and some bbq'ed shrimp.

Do they have Outback Steakhouses in Australia? There are enough Australians here! Someone should know. You guys would probably hate the commercials.

Classic very fast Pepper Steak-Sauce:

Prepare the steak in a pan with cleared butter. Put the steak on the pre-warmed dish and add some double cream and a tablespoon of freshly crunched black pepper into the pan, mix well and serve. Time: approx. 1 Min.

Sublime! What's double cream? Is that what we yanks called whipping cream? Or is it what we call half and half? Hope you or someone knows.

What steak cut's your favorite? And what thickness?

Interesting. I didn't know places lowered their prices, lol.
