I think it's funny because this is how pointless I think small talk is.

That was hilarious, and poignant.

Small talk is virtually impossible for me. I haven't the slightest idea how to start/maintain a conversation, even if I really wanted to do so, which is rarely.

I love it!! I am capable of small talk, but it isn't much better than those guys..... Now... if they were to talk about something "interesting".... well...... you wouldn't be able to get me to shut up! :lol:

Small talk does seem largely pointless and tedious...
Flakey always instructs me to pretend I am reading from a script...but that does not make it any more pleasant.
