I am allergic, I don't know to what... but this means I'm over sensitive to cold air from the night.

Some times (like today) I wake up SOOOOO moody and pissed off?! Yawning all day, with my nose and eyes dry!! !! everything deserves a cursing today!

Is this really cause of the allergy?! I mean... does anyone feel related to this situation?

No big deal, we all have different moods at times.

In my case, my inner-child gets all moody an I have to calm him down.

Sometimes when he's depressed, I try to encourage him to be grateful about something.

Nothing wrong with being moody, actually, life would be absolutely boring without a playmate.

Good thing is, I usually learn something new from it, or get reminded of something I forgot.

Either way, it's only temporary, and I do try to keep in mind that it will all soon pass.

Change can be a good thing, if you grow through, instead of just go through it.

Life is change in progress, when I fight it, I delay the process.

So don't be so hard on yourself, others will do that for you.

I have learned to stay out of drafts. If I'm somewhere with air con, I cannot sit where it blows on me. This goes double for airplanes.

Me too! :D but I live in an old house that is not well isolated and the air currents always manages to get into my room... so when I wake up I feel tired and pissed off... like this morning... but like I don't know if this is the real cause of me being all moody.

Do you feel kinda pissed off when your allergy gives you a hard time?

I can get irritable and itchy and just odd feeling when I'm allergic. I get drowsy and absent minded when subjected to scented products.

Possible your sleep was disturbed instead of allergies?

I do think that because of the allergies my sleep quality is bad... I wake up sometimes with that burning sensation on the troath and nose...
