This month:

Sushi. I'm worried I can't get over it, crave it once a day!! ! I'm going to make my own today, but usually I get it at the restaurants near work. I claim there's something addictive about sushi.

I'm renovated a neglected rural property so I'm obliged to be obsessed with really boring s**t like floor coverings and plumbing and plants that rabbits won't eat.

Buying and renovating a house is one of my life dreams...I so wish I had the money to invest!

Well the new medication seems to help me focus on one project or another solely, (good or bad, i can't decide! :) )
My top preoccupation is reorganizing and arranging my office/studio space. We have lived in the house for over a year, and i am just now finding time to do this! However, being the crafter i am, I just had to be different and am doing a whole steampunk treatment on everything. Refurbishing or re-purposing is defiantly my new BIG obsession. Staining, sanding painting, reupholstering, EVERYTHING. I tried to get everything I could from 2nd hand or thrift store, and a few Ikea items that are getting major overhauls. I know this is a long response but i am so excited!! !! ! My very own steampunk art studio! fantastic. :D

It was always my biggest dream too Greentea, basically that's all I ever wanted out of life. I bought my first house at 47, so it's never too late. I moved to a cheaper state to do it, fluked a big price increase on my first one and then moved states again to make that into a real financial gain, rather than just a roof over my head. I don't know if this one is a big mistake though. small acreages are a lot of work.

...as for renovating, that's absolute hell, I know very little about it and all the local tradesmen are hopeless idiots and will cheat you too.

Conspiracy theories in general; mainly those involving aliens, the illuminati, the annunaki/reptilians, ancient bloodlines etc

Few months back-solar collectors. I even built one, maybe I'll post a pic. I wasn't aware of the intensity of these sort of "obsessions" was considered abnormal till recently. I only wish I could stick with one area and become a specialist, I've never developed a true interest to the point of mastery...

Thinkin' bout building another huge collector now tho. Anybody ever "cycle" through interests?

Baldur's Gate 2. That game destroyed me utterly. It wasn't uncommon for me to be up more than 24 hours in order to play the game.

Many of my interests date back to when I was about 4-5 years old. The level of interest is what changes.

The Simpsons and South Park are my most prevalent interests now.

Tell me more. PM me if you want due to discreteness. I am interested...

EDIT: BTTF is cool too, remember watching the second movie when younger and the floating cars and stoplights in the rainy clouds, then other futuristic stuff, etc.
