if my hands are very dry, ex: after taking off rubber gloves or having been in a shower/pool/tub too long - and then i touch something made of smooth paper, i get the worst ache in my hand. it's hard to describe, it's not a sharp pain, but a dull intense ache which radiates down the palm and is sort of like the pain you get when your leg or foot falls asleep and then starts "coming back". i have to take some sort of lotion or rub my hands together to get some moisture going before i can touch dry paper. it's maddening. anyone else get this?

Fibroneuralgia? I know someone who has it and apparently there are pains in the hands.
