I had friends growing up but I don't think they were the same as friends normal girls had. I could only play with other kids if they were doing what I wanted to do. I also copied them to try and blend in. It was hard work. Then I quit when I was in my early teens.

Thank you. My intention is to help people relate who may never have thought they could relate before to an autistic female. So, I'm glad if that message is getting out and doing what I'm after.

I already signed the Autism Speaks Does Not Speak for Me petiton and I also made a counter-vid to their PSA about a month ago.

I identified with almost all of this video. I like it.
