Need info on Neuro-diversity movement

I have to do a persuasive speech for one of my college courses. I decided to do mine on neuro-diversity. However I am rather poor at searching for referances, and its made even harder that the professor wants referances that are no older then three years. Does anyone know some good credible places to get information on these topics?

Oh and to be clear I am arguing in support of it, that it has its advantages and accomidations and acceptance would benifit people more then forced conformity to the norm

thanks, that information is useful. However upon reading it I realize I need more sources on asperger's itself. Particularly ones that point to the advantagous, like aptitude with computers or tendency to not cave to peer pressure
