Could you end up 'disliking' people more in a pandemic?

Okay, so, hundreds died already and apparently there's still cars out there with people inside who think they still need to rev to some place quickly. Do you reckon if in a month they're in a hospital they'll say "well, at least I've revved my car"? In Italy apparently, with thousands dead, there were still about 300 who felt like they need to unnecessarily intermingle.

Yes, there's a chance that I am still overestimating average human virtue and intelligence. I've heard nasty stories about famine behaviour, but that source was notably paranoid.

I hate people in general for being careless and unhygienic and spreading the virus all over this enormous planet.

I've seen the carbon crisis coming since 1957, but I learned that hating people for it was too hard on my own system. They are more like unsupervised children.

"Disliking"? I HATE human society and most humans even more since this pandemic began. I have seen human behavior at it's absolute worst before in my lifetime, but nothing like this.

On the plus side, I've learned even stupid morons who go out and party or lick toilet seats are not immune. I was worried that severe stupidity created antibodies or something like that. It's like that Japanese superstition that people of low intelligence can't get a cold.

Of course. Those who follow the rules and instructions can end up resenting those who don't, and then there's the stress factor. This whole situation causes a lot of stress to everyone, so people are likelier to get mad about things that they'd normally consider small, so they might get mad at other people for "no reason" and that could escalate to major dislike on both sides.

Everyone either like someone:

More
Equal
Fewer

It's an inequality
