My #1 stim is bouncing a little bouncy ball and my dad could hear it from the attic and from the other room LOL! He was curious what it was and said you've been bouncing that a long time it sounds like a heart beat LOL! (He thought maybe it was one of my videogames) LOL! Just wanted to share what just happen. :-) I love my bouncy balls LOL!

I am an old fashioned rocker.....I need to get me a rocking chair and a weighted blanket. Put those together
and you have an Aspie life support system. :)

I sleep with a 30-lb weighted blanket(with a snake design on it!), and i like to rock also. From what i read here, hand-flapping seems seems even more common, but that's not something i've ever done much... At least not that i've noticed. I'm more likely to shake my hands than flap them.. Sometimes do various movements with my fingers, too. I think i sort of "stim" with my dogs some, actually... I think i get more enjoyment out of petting them than most people do, and i also like to hold them close to my face so that i can smell them(i like dogs' smell).
