I don't think I will heed that advice.

Which is cool.

Some of us want to fit in, some of us don't, and the point is that either works if the person is happy.

Some like supporting the species and what they do, whereas others protest against the species and what they do, and then there's someone like me who just wants to be left alone, as he doesn't care about the species.

So, abandon all hope if you want to cure ASDs, as it never will be cured entirely.

I would like to learn to become more NT, so it leads to lesser complications in my life, I believe I have the ability to do it, but I'm not sure how far I'm willing to go.

It's just a piece pointing out how one way of life isn't any better than another.

There's no advice given at all, contrary to what Tim said (it's a subjective view).

I thought that was excellent, Daniel. Everything you said was right on. I was afraid for a second you were going to start devaluing yourself when you started talking about all the things you haven't done but then you stated the simple truth about your own sense of value and I was relieved.

Cool, you got it. :)

I didn't mention the things I can do (I can do many, many things), as my abilities don't lead to the point; the most disabled person is just as important as the most able, and that's going to be my point forever. Plus, I don't need help, no matter how well meaning, to be like others who aren't me (doing something I don't want to isn't me, it's someone else's life); people just assume that we all want to be like everyone else and do the things they do, when in reality it's subjective.

from what I saw in the vdieo.

Of all the things you mentioned you haven't done or are unable to do, is there any you would like to do? Just curious, I guess, if you feel any desire to break into the more typically NT experiences.

That was beautiful.

I think it should be a 'sticky'.

When I was younger I told my dad that I just can't make myself do things that I don't want to do. He replied that doing that which you don't want to do is a sign of maturity. I've conformed as much as I can to this world, but I am not satisfied with the results, so now I am trying to remember who I am again.

I would like to be NT too because they know how to socialize and communicate effectively and this way they can get the job done and enjoy friends, family and success. I don't even have a family to turn to and it's hard for me to hang on sometimes. Becoming NT isn't an option for me and altogether I get hopeless many times. I identify but maybe in the wrong ways.

My sister gave my daughter a shirt that says, "Just happy being me" for Christmas. I thought that was sweet. My daughter is severely disabled, due to Rett Syndrome. So many people say it's so sad and that they pity her. Saying this around her makes me sad. Just because she doesn't speak doesn't mean she doesn't understand.

The question mark in your title says it all. Obviously not advice or "how to". A divine comedy open to interpretation.
