When I go up long flights of stairs or run for the bus, yes. It's quite shameful that I'm so unfit

I used to huff and puff, but I don't huff and puff as much as I used to. I think it has something to do with Aspergers, I mean I would huff and puff even when I was in good shape. I'm still in good shape, but I was in really good shape.

I was just thinking about this huffing and puffing stuff this morning. I catch myself doing it even when I'm not doing anything strenuous and I really hate it. I mentioned it to my husband and told him "I really have to stop making all these ridiculous noises." Later in the day he said "You're doing it again." I didn't realize I was doing it. He says I do it all the time. It's embarrassing.

I huff and puff when I'm frustrated.
