Ok so what I'm asking is do you think your brain is the same gender as you body? Also if you respond to the poll could you please also post your answer into the forum as well.

In my case I'm a Female Brain in a Male Body.

I feel that I have a male brain in a female body. I've identified with males my whole life. I'm more interested in sports and technology than I am, guys and make-up. All of my favourite fictional characters have been male, throughout my life, and my rank title name gives it away, quite nicely.

The last one. F body but then I hate girly girl things. And alot of my interests are mostly things that boys like, ie dragons, although not always necessarily. Like mix I guess cuz I also like cute things. But I hate dressing too girly, I hate pink. I despise pure feminine stuff. But then like idk cuz I'm proud of NOT being male. I'm like glad actually. Cuz I know some people who hate what they are. So Yeah.

Yeah see I chose the Female Mind | Male Body because (find my other posts if you what a more detailed reason) Basically I am more or less a very Feminine Female in everything but my body.

I am a gay male, and my sexual identity is consistent with my biological sex.

There's no option for intersexed people here (e.g. Kleinfelter's, hermaphroditism) nor for MTF and FTM. While that will likely be a small subset of people on wrongplanet (maybe 30 intersexed by the numbers, not sure about MTF and FTM), it is important that we don't lose sight of the fact that biological sex is not a simple dichotomy.

I don't identify mentally as either gender, I'm third gender. But, if you ask me, I identify as female to most people cause it's easier than explaining over and over what goes on in my head. It's not like I can hide my... charecteristics. *curse you genes!* So I answered the last one, because there was no option for neither.

I'm a female. I'm not particularly "girly," but I can't even imagine being a male. I think I have more interests that society tends to see as "male-oriented" like video games, computers, and dinosaurs, but I really can't see anything particularly masculine about those things. I think people tend to get too hung up about what types of interests are "feminine" or "masculine" which is why a lot of perfectly healthy people end up getting confused about their gender. I'm not any less feminine just because I don't care about makeup and shopping and do care about technology and video games. And just because I tend to think more analytically than most girls doesn't mean that I actually have a "male brain." That whole concept is kind of sexist in my opinion.

As far as how I dress, sometimes I wear dresses, sometimes I just wear t-shirts and pants. I do wear a little makeup, but it's not the end of the world if I forget to put on lipstick before going to work. I have long hair, but I never waste time actually styling it or anything (shampoo and conditioner + brushing whenever it gets too messed up is fine).

I voted female body / female brain

I don't get what all the hangup is about what gender you are. People don't think nearly as much about any other aspect of their physical selves. It makes sense for procreation purposes to get someone of the opposite gender from yours; but beyond that, why the heck is it so important?

Yes I noticed that after you commented and thank you for pointing that out. As far as MTF/FTM goes I would probably say they would (unless they are post-op) choose whichever of the first 2 they were before beginning their stops to correct their gender. Intersexed just gets confusing and probably would fall under either the first 2 or last 2 depending on the person.

I've always felt in between male and female. Probably male mind with female tendencies in a female body. I remember when I was young, I stood in front of the mirror and questioned whether I am really female. I didn't know what distinguishes a female from a male back then. I thought it was all physical features. There are some masculine features about my body, as well, though.

Male mind, although I have a female body. It's nothing to do with knowing what a male mind is though, it's more to do with how I picture myself. My self image has been a male for as long as I can remember.

Female body, Male mind. All the women my Father has ever known have always been "overly emotional", so he's not used to a female who shows almost no emotion - He says men are the one who think "rationally", but thats not really all too true.
I also wear my Fathers clothing, or any large men's shirt. Part of it is because of the whole "need to wear comfy clothing constantly" thing, but I also like the style. My classmates think of it as odd, but they say it fits me. I've also always respected male writers and artists more - Dunno why...
