Greentea, the great Goddess of Wisdom, will be on tour in the USA on the second week of January with a totally new repertoire of foot-in-mouths, Aspie moments, king-is-nude comments and context-inappropriate behaviors! Entertainment guaranteed! Shows are scheduled for Bent, OR and Garden Grove, CA.

Let's have WP meet-ups for those who live in the 2 areas!

Somehow the concept of an Aspie social event is rather amusing :wink: :lol:

No intent here to be rude or devalue the event.
The "mental movies" of the scene are proving quite hilarious.

It is an idea we do want to hear how it works out.

I'd be willing to travel a few hours to meet. I love meeting WP members who are not my enemies.

I can't guarantee that I will show up or not because you never know about what will come up such as if I am working by then and I am working that day.

Bend OR is 6.5 hours from me. :(

And that's in a neighboring state! The USA is huge. We can't get anywhere without flying.

Those coming from far and needing to stay overnight and bringing sleeping bags can camp in my room, if the hotel staff don't notice.

Wish I could attend, yet Bend OR is a few hours travel from me and I would have to cross a few mountain passes (Not a good thing to do in January).

Garden Grove, that would be about a 24 hour drive and more mountain passes.

From here that is take the Natchez Trace north for a month to the river crossing at St Louis, then the Santa Fe Trail west to where the Oregen Trail splits off, then another year to reach the Great Divide, starting in the Spring, I could be there in two years.

Might be easier to get emails if you check ALL your email addresses, including those you opened for just one purpose.

I think it be a great idea to collect all our usernames or email and then PM/email us when you have a meeting time and date and tell us the location.

I know exactly how you feel. I don't have the time for that distance of travel right now. Now, if she was coming to Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, maybe even to the Chicago area. that wouldn't be too far.
