When I was younger, I often felt the need to fake a disorder or illness, going to the point of inducing symptoms with various medicines. I felt as though people would not ignore me and would see how strong and not lazy I was if I was fighting for my life. As strange as it sounds, I enjoyed imagining myself on a drip or mask.

It's werid to even talk about, and I don't know why I did it.

It sounds like Munchhausen's Syndrome. I hope it doesn't reoccur. It could cause you a lot of problems.
