Anyone else bad at guessing people's ages?

Today, I guessed that someone was 25, and then I found out that they were actually 43!! It came as such a surprise to me. I asked my friend about it, and she said that she thought he looked around 40

I'm ok at it, mostly picking up clues from complexion, especially in certain spots (which shows aging process ). But I would be careful who I discuss it with. Many are sensitive about their age.

I'm terrible at guessing ages. I usually think people are a lot younger than they really are. At school once, I thought I saw a girl my age who looked nice. Turns out, she is the mother of one of my classmates.

I have problems guessing people's ages. One of my stock questions whenever someone is telling me about someone they know is "how old is she/he?" I never have anything to say once I hear the answer but it's just a routine question I ask. My husband doesn't get why I'm always asking it! Maybe it's because I can never guess people's ages!

I'm bad at it, too.

There are some people my age who look like they're still in elementary school, and some elementary school kids who look like teenagers. So guessing is hardly reliable.
