Humz.

No breakfast, generally (cause I'm not awake until noon lately)

Lunch/Dinner: tv dinners, soups, sandwiches

Snacks: usually none. Maybe a granola bar, lunch meat, or an occasional chip

Drinks: Mountain Dew, Sunkist, Cherry Coke, Water, Orange Juice, Apple Juice, Lemon Lime Gatoraid

(Not a very healthy nor wide diet as you can easily tell. However, I don't eat a lot of greasy foods; hence, my cholesterol is fine.)

Nothing for breakfast

Several cups of coffee for lunch

Coke or if that isn't available Pepsi for soft drinks, though if I get the urge for one at night , I keep to something without caffeine.

Supper varies, though I usually go through phases where I'll eat a lot of a particular thing for a while. (Pizza, Pasta with various sauces, or whatever.)
For the past week and a half, I've been eating pork fried rice.

Every weekday I have:

Breakfast: Muesli

Lunchtime: a tuna & sweetcorn sandwich, a vegetable samosa and a banana (or apple if the shop runs out of bananas)

Evening: varies between chilli & rice, pasta, pizza, salad, backed trout, chicken curry etc.

I eat only when I have to. There is no
exact time or place! I find eating a chore.

Meal 1: Oatmeal, banana, two egg whites
Meal 2: Turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread, apple, prunes
Meal 3: Cottage Cheese, bran cereal OR post workout, cottage cheese, Gatorade
Meal 4: Chicken/fish/pork, vegetables
Meal 5: Two hard-boiled eggs or leftover dinner meat, nuts, fruit
Meal 6: Cottage cheese, all natural peanut butter

I drink only water and fat & lactose free milk and take a daily multivitamin, plus 1.5 grams Omega 3 supplement (fish oil.)

On weekends I cheat a little bit by drinking a bottle of wine (Yellowtail Shiraz, 750ml) over two days and I have one sweet treat, such as chocolate or ice cream.

Breakfast: Two or three bowls of fairly healthy ceral.

Lunch: Leftovers (usually pork tenderloin, pizza, or Chinese) or Pita Pizza (mini-pizza made on pita bread).

Dinner: Same as lunch.

Desert: Splurge on whatever flavor of ice cream is in my freezer, or a pop-sickle.

Drinks: Water, a chocolate milk every few days, and rarely I'll buy a sweet tea at work.

I eat fairly healthy, just lacking in fruits. :D

I hardly eat anything some days, and other days I stuff my face.

I try to drink 2 litres + of water a day.
