I dont watch comedies or sit coms, I dont find them funny, I mostly experience embarrassment and often frustration or irritation and mostly I just cant see what was funny at all.
I do like intellectual humour though such as in QI or 'have I got news for you' (quiz panel shows) and most of the BBC Radio 4 comedy shows which are great!
here is a link to them as they are well worth trying (esp the now show and just a minute and wordaholics)
http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio4/programmes/ ... dy/currentI think its one of my worst characteristic and I think most people prefer people who are 'bubbly' with a goodactuall sense of humour, where as I am serious, intense and boring which never goes down well.
I actually enjoy most humour.
I enjoy watching sit coms because they calm me down. If I don't get a joke, it doesn't matter because they're just so full of jokes that it's impossible to get everything. If not getting the point means I can't enjoy the rest of it, I won't watch it.

I tend to not be able to watch shows like Jackass or AFV because of this. I feel the physical pain myself if I see it on screen, because I envision it happening to myself instantaneously.
Yeah, I'm like that, too. But only when it comes to physical pain. I can bear watching almost anything else.
