My psychologist wants me to undergo testing for this. Based on the things she told me about it and the things I've read online, it looks like a really good idea. Seems like most of it is aimed at kids, but I did find an article about an adult who underwent therapy and had great results. What experiences have WP people had with this stuff?

Like physical therapy? My best friend did it. It worked wonders. She ran XC and Track in high school to keep it under control, else she can't focus. I try working out when I feel I can't focus, and it does seem to help.

I do some OT stuff with my feeding therapy and it's great. I might start listening therapy to help with my auditory processing issues. I highly recommend OT. I go to a pediatric clinic and they just work with me there.
