Guys,
Sorry if this will look like an ad, but I just learned about a free online tool that can be used to track symptoms, moods, medications, etc, and find some correlations between individuals. Look for "patientslikeme"
Since they don't have yet ASD as one of their main disturb groups, I joined the mood disorder group and adder autism spectrum disorder as a symptom I have since I was born.

If more people join, it will be nice to compare.

The site also says they will provide their statistics to the scientific community.

I use this: http://www.emotionr.com/happiness/ sometimes, just for fun. I track my mood and it's on my blog.

I'd be interested in this because I've always wondered why I sometimes feel capable and sometimes not for no apparent reason. I've been meaning to track these moods but it would be easier if I had some kind of structure.

It is very intuitive, but you need to invest a bit of time if you want to use it fully.
No downloading or subscription, just registering.
In one day I have received no junk mails... need more time to answer properly.
From people with ASD, I have not seen yet, this is why I am telling people here. ;-)
The link is just www.patientslikeme.com
