As I was driving to church yesterday morning, and when I came to a red light, a girl crossed the street (i'd guestimate she was in her 20s) Once she crossed the street she just stood there for a minute, it almost looked like the was going to cross it again. but then she started walking. It appeared as if something was wrong with he foot before it seemed as if her heel never touched the ground as she walk. She also wore sneakers with velcro straps in place of the laces.

During my daily walk to the train the other day, I saw a guy twist, twirl and almost literally dance his way through the sea of people crossing the bridge. It was by no means a normal walk, but it was really graceful in its own sort of way.

Another fellow was sauntering along at a really high speed (kind of the way I walk), making a very high-pitched, gutteral "wooo!" sound every 10 seconds or so.

Don't know if either was autistic, but I wouldn't be surprised.

I happened to see her walk by yesterday and maybe on Monday too, though I haven't seen her today.
