At least not in the big noticeable fashion some others do. However tonight I was playing online poker (real money, but micro stakes, penny ante) and when I was dealt a pair of fives and the flop was 235 another player went all in. While trying to decide if I should fold my three of a kind to what I was sure was a low-ball straight (A-5 for those not up on poker lingo) I flipped out and bit the palm of my left hand. I didn't do it very hard and I doubt it will be noticeable that I did it but as someone who doesn't normally stim in such a dramatic and stereotypical way it worries me a little that I did.

I wouldn't worry unless it becomes a habit, and you start damaging yourself.

I wouldn't worry too. It may never come back.

Stimming is usually harmless and often can serve as a pleasant outlet. Even though sometimes you might find yourself doing something before you realize it, you can usually stop it or prevent it if you really don't want to do it. There are lots of people who stim in private, preferring not to in public. If you're concerned you might hurt yourself, you'll probably be vigilant now and be able to catch yourself next time.

There are also all kinds of ways to stim that aren't obvious, like listening to certain sounds or making them, or playing with objects, fidgeting, etc. You might be stimming in ways that you don't even realize are stimming - I wouldn't worry too much about one incident, but now you know the kind of thing to look out for.
