My problem with the concept of mental illness. THe concept is not a scientifc one. it started in ancient greece and with classical philosophy and was about to die until renee descarte breathed new life into it. Jean jaques jearu sorry for spelling said that people break societal convention should not be treated as criminals and afford rights , but treated as lunatics and siezed and drugged. They can just make you think a certain way is very unfree(your not free unless your free to leave) Its a back door around the bill of rights and the criminal justice system. the problem with concept of mental illness is that you can not emperically prove value. you cannot say this is the way your supposed to think scientifcallly speaking. They are forced rely on an a average wich is subject to change ,culturaly deviations and( the noxios notion that can and must use force to confrom your thinking into a cultural culture thinks is repugnant despotic and totalitarian ) and thier own personally prefferences for how someone is supposed to think(why is paranoia a mental illness but naivte isn't?) they have inculcated themselves into the polictical and legal system they have their power and money and wont admit error. THeymostly lie when they say people with conditions are violent.(actually the are usually the victums of violence, are rightfully provoked and its the other persons fault) feell free to critque
