Adults with autism/Aspergers in Malaysia

Can anyone point me in the right direction for getting information/support/resources related to parenting an adult with autism? The adult with autism is my cousin. He lives in Malaysia with his parents. I live in the U.S. I want to be able to help my aunt and uncle but it's frustrating because many of the supports available in the U.S. for families with autism do not exist in Malaysia.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
