Anyone else like this?
I hate it how people around me can put such garbage in their bodies and still be able to be doing things at their normal pace, but with me if I have say a chocolate or a cheeseburger I get very sluggish. I always seem to have to eat healthy food to make my body feel the best.
I had a Happy Meal and well I think I'll just go lie in a coffin right about now. During Easter I was feeling very sluggish too.
When I was under 20 I was very unhealthy and I'm really not sure how I got things done. Though I did get diagnosed with chronic fatigue so I must have been a pretty lethargic person.
I don't know about you but there's nothing better then a chicken and salad sandwich or a bowl of cereal or fish and salad (hot chips with fish just defeats the purpose of eating fish). I get so much energy from it. And a simple packet of chips or even hot chips is enough to slow me down and make me feel like I haven't got enough energy in me to walk from one end of the house to the other. Mind you it's a big house, but that's besides the point.
Anyway, this thickshake has done me in. I think I could sleep for a million years now.
I recommend going (1) organic, (2) off of high fructose corn syrup (stuff found in thousands of food products - it's a food additive commonly found in things like "pop/soda"), and (3) going off hydrogenated oils (trans fats). Those three things alone should make you feel much better.
