I had to watch my nephew for a few minutes and I kept repeating be careful (worried he'd hurt hisself) The 8 year old sister (his aunt) was whiny I'm hot/tired. I said go out there and play with your nephew! But I'm hot tired! These small little things or even earlier in the car the nephew was in a "loud" mood saying stuff loud (He's 2 going on 3 BTW) I'm just so stressed about this little issue it seems draining like you want to pull your hair out!! !! ! (Can I have a 3,000 word research paper??? LOL! Some might find THAT stressful but IMO it was a blast!! !!)

When I get frustrated that can lead me to getting stressed out. People at work keep saying I'm stressed out when really it's me being frustrated.

Exmaple I had to finish up a job and instead of just letting me finish they said. "How long are you going to take we have to finish this other stuff to."

I mean really it's not like I did not know that. It will get done and it did get done.

What is the difference between "frustrated" and "stressed out?" I'm confused.

And yes, I get stressed very easy compared to other people. Things they can just blow off and go about their days as if nothing was happening, can make me want to run away screaming into traffic.

Yes I get stressed. Do not really know how much more than the average person tho,
would be nice to feel what goes through other peoples brains, but I must get stressed more because I get let down migrains. I know I'll get one after I get upset or have a stressfull work week. Have wondered if I get stressed because I never can be truly happy with any choice of action. Allways over analize everything, can not put anything to rest. Can see every thing that could go wrong. Anybody else think this ?

Oh yes, very easily, even over what appears to be small things to other people. What they don't understand is that the little things build up, but instead, they seem to treat them as a whole. In fact, most of my stress comes from dealing with people in some sort of fashion, but I guess that's an understatement.

Yes, and I think one of the reasons that I get so easily stressed out is that I seem to look at too many situations as some sort of crisis.

I stress out and get frustrated pretty easily, yes. It sucks, sometimes it's something so simple that bothers me, too... and the feeling lasts for like hours.

No, I am probably too calm at inapporpriate times.

Which is why when I do get stressed I know somethings seriously wrong
