Firearms have been a lifelong obsession of mine.

Also, the human eye is mine right now. :P

I think I just kindled an interest in palmistry and the "cold read". I wonder if an Aspie can learn to cold read people like psychics do.

The palm reader said "you spend a lot of time alone, don't you? But that doesn't bother you."

The first thing she said was that I was musical, but I probably tipped her off by wearing a music shirt.

BP oil spill. The obsession that puts me into huge depression.

I can't believe that this is taking over my AS/autism obsession. I have a book about AS from the library on my shelf and haven't even touched it. Very unlike me.

Reptiles, of course. And also the Autistic Spectrum. I try not to talk about that one much though, because i don't want people thinking that by talking about my condition i'm trying to get sympathy or something like that.

One of my all time favorite obsessions. I get it every once in a while, and just read and read and read current events in the news. and then When i tell people whats in the news, they don't believe me because it is currently seen as something conspiracy theorists talk about.... Man those are the same people that think high functioning people seen as having autism, are like rain man.

So the truth is , I think a lot of us believe in justice, and don't believe all the news we see. so the gov. has all these campaigns to raise awareness on autism, where they falsely teach people LFA is ALL AuTism. It's straight B.S propaganda perpetuated at those the united states see's as weak!! !

Most recently: .hack after finding out that the //Link manga will be released in the US on the 29th.
Second most recent: Pokemon
Third: Bleach
Fourth: MTG
Since it's now summer I have no obscure side-interests yet, AS will probably come soon now though.

1st-- Movies of Sci-Fi/Horror/Fantasy genres
2nd-Music which tends to take a unorthodx approach like R.Carlos Nakai or Afro Celt Soundsystem.
3rd--Video games-- even though I don't play any pc games at the moment I've always been fond of taking quotes from such and so forth..

Soul searching, though i don't believe in a soul.
Essentially, i'm obsessed with figuring out who I am, and how I tick.
It's that obsession that has lead me here.
I want to learn how to feel emotion without it overwhelming me.

I have a second obsession that I wish could supersede the first one, but I don't think it can until i satisfy the first.
That's my 15 week old son, Micheal. And he is the reason I have the first obsession.

I also get short-term passing obsessions too, right now it's Free Thought Radio. ---LINK---

In the past it was poetry, fantasy RPG's/literature, computer programming, the nature of space-time reality, collecting music, collecting movies/TV shows, Quantum (non-causal) Consciousness/Free will, and my all time favourite... the proof for the non-existence of god.
