So, going through my ASDS test in detail, I noted the scorer underestimated by ASQ score by about 15 points. Apparently I'm farther down the Asperger's trail than even I thought.

Doctors can be funny, sometimes.

I just find it interesting that they would not be more careful when it comes to numbers. Numbers matter. They matter more to me because of my special interest. But getting stuff wrong like this can lead to misdosing drugs, misprescribing treatments, etc. This could hurt people.

Fortunately for me, it doesn't change anything. Asperger's before, Asperger's now. Just annoying. It wasn't even a complex mistake. It was simply copying something from the wrong column into another column.

Are you sure it was a matter of miscopying something? If so, you might want to correct them. Having the right number on your records can be important.

I think you should let them know of their miscalculation, if possible. It might affect you negatively in the long run. Especially if you need any kind of special help. Not having your proper score could keep you from getting the proper help, etc.

That the Baron-Cohen one?

I doubt it matters. It's not a predictor of much, other than that you do show behaviour of someone with an ASD. It doesn't predict severity or anything; it's just a screening tool to use before more in-depth testing.
