My street that I have lived on since I was a 1 year old and the street behind us had four kids in special education when I was in it. There was also a couple kids with cancer that I knew off durring my school years, They closed off a road that passes through both streets on one end of our streets for high lead levels and right behind only a short walk away from us is a water treatment plant. When we were kids we would see blue liquid coming out of the middle of a creek that looked like it was being pumped out of the plant. We spent a lot of time on the lead area before anyone knew about the lead and played near the creek when we were little. after seeing the blue stuff we were never allowed there again by our parents.
