My first thought in seeing this video after reading about his major surprise victory to win the Democratic Primary recently, while running NO real campaign and raising NO campaign funds.

Not very social, doesn't give much detail in his answers, might not have much eye contact (though that could be from lying). Might be an undiagnosed aspie in way over his head running for Congress?

or he could just be a Republican plant and not very bright?

This situation is very peculiar in todays world of weirdness. I don't know how interested you are, but it is customary in S.C. to have nonsense candidates run for office while being supported by the opposition. Mr. Greene and his history will become very clear soon as the media investigates more.
