I love my phone but I seldom use it for talking. I mostly check email on it & text a couple people. Not many people want to talk to me over the phone so it doesn't bother me that much. I don't like paying $76 a month when I almost always use less than 50minuts a month. I do have unlimited text & 25mb but still. I have home phone service to so I use that for local & calling 1-800 numbers but I don't use that much either.

The phone communication is just a bit easier than face to face to me.

Text\email is complicated to explain. It's much better to expose ideas (compared to verbal comm), I use to write large emails.
But on the other hand it seems people often get bored \ insulted with some things I write, and after some time I realized it's better to write the email and then before sending it cut 50% of the text off, let the 50% of the "safer" ideas.

I prefer talking on the phone to talking in person.

I rarely phone people just for the sake of talking. I'm fine when phoning random people to make enquiries. If I'm going to meet somebody somewhere, I'll send them SMSs about my whereabouts.

I think I like talking too much anyway, whether on the phone or in person. I tend not to have a problem myself with phone conversations, but I've learned it can be HELL for the poor slob on the other end!

I'd rather talk in person, of use E-mail, than talk on the phone.
