That looks like the girl from Charlie and The Chocolate Factory (Violet).

And no eyebrow? Why Rock? Why?! I expect the eyebrow in response to something like that :x

Its like Dinosaur Comics (qwantz.com), only better. The expression on Rock's face...
I think its just down to facial expressions
Everything is OK in frame 1. In frame 2, the girl says something outrageous, then Rock gives her 'the look'-- what the f did you just say!! !!?????
This image is great. :)

Ok then. Then what is "outrageous" about her saying that she's self-diagnosed? Is it a slam on self-diagnosed people, saying that it's outrageous to diagnose yourself with something? Is it because she's so obviously aspie(he did ask her) that only being self-diagnosed and not professionally is outrageous? I don't think i understand the situation well enough to draw conclusions about why it's supposed to be funny. :/

It's humorous because it is ironic. You would not think that such a comment would provoke such a reaction. This is making fun of people who make a big deal about self-diagnosed people.

There is nothing that would suggest that you meant it ironically (other than you telling us now). I just took it at face-value: this guy has a huge reaction to whatever the girl is saying. I think you're adding levels of unnecessary obfuscation.

Yeah, I've seen that sort of reaction plenty of times when telling people that I had to learn all about Asperger's syndrome myself before finally getting an official diagnosis, heh. But it's also common for me to get a response more like "What's that?! It sounds like you're saying ass burgers! HURHURHURHURHUR!"
