I was trying to buy a bid on Ebay for my DAD's ITEM! and was figuring out what check card account was which! I repeated myself (As I always tend to do) and IMO he snapped at me. :-( I'm always planning stuff way ahead!! ! I sent that friend a list of stuff to do during this summer and she responded with busy/work etc. Sorry I'm not sper of the moment!! !! ! I saw on FB one of her friends said lets go to dinner my friend said yes! I don't DO THAT!

I plan things OUT! On the positive side with planning I've already planned to go to Burger King then the movies next week and dad did say let me know if plans changed so that was kind of funny. Also my memory skills are a positive I told family what I had to do to fix Itunes this step then that/this/that/this and they were like how could you remember all that we're already confused I smiled and laughed. I also sent research paper ideas to that friend and she said she hadn't even started her paper yet!! ! (I texted her a few days ago she said it's due next WEEK and she is NOT DONE! SHEESH!) Is it odd for me wanting to give my all in life/returning to college? Give it 100% perhaps pulling all night study time or something weird like that? My parents hated Psychology was all I thought/talked about which I understand looking back is something Aspies do (only focus on one topic narrowly etc.) but I tend to look at the negatives of being an Aspie more than the positive does anyone else do this? Sure there are those positives I listed but still IMO the negative FAR out way them!! !!

Possibly (probably?) they can't help being the way they are, anymore than you can help being the way you are. It seems easier to you to do it your way. In fact, I wish I could, but I have really bad ADHD/inattentive (despite being at the maximum dose of meds that I can handle before the side effects outweigh the benefits).

I'm sure I frustrate the heck out of the more organized people in my life -- in fact I know it. They're always saying, why don't you just...., or explaining to me how to use a date book, or other compensating measures, as if it had never occurred to me.

Also, if I had a term paper due next week, I'd be pulling an all-nighter the night before.

I still do that around once a week, just to futz around the house. I like staying up all night. Not recommended if it doesn't come naturally to you of course.

Yep, I'm the same.

Think of all the food I might want to eat (usually its just something specific and I put off eating except to get that particular something), procrastinate anything I'm "supposed" to do...

And can remember long processes about my interests... just part of who I am.

I've recently realized I do drive people crazy with my methods and habits.
