everytime i go to sleep or try to fall asleep i always get intteruppted by my body or head twitching&i make a sound not realizing it,is it an aspergers/autistic thing? iv had this along time& i was diagnosed autistic when i was 3 years old,now iv mellowed out and my doctors,counsilers say i have aspergers... a mild form.
i just need answers..theres alot i need to ask.

Nope, that's pretty normal. Lots of people get those twitches just as they're going to sleep. Only reason to worry is if it happens so much that you lose sleep.

It could be that autistics get them more often because we're more likely to have sleep disorders than the general public; but beyond that, it's not particularly an autistic thing. Most people probably have them occasionally.

You may be experiencing myoclonic jerks with hypnogogic hallucinations. These are natural sleep phenomena which most people will experience at least once or twice at some point in their lives.

However if it's very frequent it might indicate a sleep disorder. You should talk to your doctor about it.
