ADD and ADHD are the same thing, and both ADHD and OCD are frequently comorbid with, or even aspects of AS, so you don't really have as many letters as you think you do.

Sure you don't have Schizophrenia, too? How 'bout Dyslexia? The flu, maybe? Have you checked your temperature? We should probably get Dr House's team in on this...

Acronyms are evil because Acronym stands for Aaagh Crazy Robots Of Nagasaki Yearning for My Spleen, the sooner people realise this, the sooner we can prevent the evil robot apocalypse. /snark
