I have returned, but I will use caution.

I have just made a couple posts tonight---the first since Feb. 26. I got anxiety from some of the threads in the past, and finally I said enough is enough---I'm leaving. But I would still log in and see if I had any PMs and very briefly look at some threads. But tonight, I decided to post.

But I will use caution. I will try not to look at threads of the type that typically cause me anxiety. Don't ask me what kinds of threads those are---they vary a bit. They can be about many different things. And when I open one---BAM---ANXIETY. I am going to try to look for threads that seem enjoyable to me or ones that aren't so likely to cause me issues.

Anyway, I am glad to be back---I think.

That seems wise.

So that's why you have been gone.

Taking breaks are always good. I've been away from here for two weeks or three back in May and June.

I wish I had your level of restraint. I always have to add my two cents to threads that get me riled up. I'm sure that's no good for my reputation.

Welcome back. I was thinking about you periodically, wondering where you were.

I wish I had the same awareness of my own anxiety. Sometimes things build up and I obsess about them so much that I can't do anything else. However, I can't really identify what things are causing me to be anxious in the first place, unless someone gives me some kind of hints.

Welcome back.

I take frequent breaks too, hence my low post count on here despite me being a member for a while.

I'm very happy to see you back - your posts are unique and very interesting. But I know what you're talking about - I only read the forum once in a while and post very rarely.

It is nice to see you here again, Glider!

I experience anxiety when being attacked, and there have been a few times when I have dreaded the thought of even coming here at all. Start a thread in "Members Only" or something the next time you have a little trouble and maybe we can all walk through it together.
