At this point, I wouldn't worry about him. He seems like all bark and really, the arguments given in the threads he made before getting closed out were not legit. It only took one question to set him off and now his site's losing funding.

What I detest the most is that THE GUY WHO USED GOATSE was the one claiming that you, Friskey, Toggle, and Alex were sending him viruses. Let's just hope he takes "LambdaDelta's" advice. =3 (I didn't want to risk notice over this name or Bernkastel when I told him to put on his big boy panties)

In the end, all that can be done for now is just ignoring him. It seems like you all may have some sort of slander case against him, but it may be weak if it is possible because of it being over the net.

Did you send him a direct message, because I can't see a comment by LambdaDelta or Bernkastel.

OH and for the record, I love you, but you are way too obsessed with Umineko .

His stupidity knows no bounds, but really... He's now accusing you of wanting to sue him. There may be another proxy of his on here because I found that he wrote a new blog about it and coincidentally, it was just after I replied as LD.

The idiot in question offered money to WP, money which didn't really exist, and when his expectations (I don't know what those were) weren't met he withheld the money which didn't exist in the first place.

That was a really surreal topic, even for WP standards.

Actually, it's after people started to question the criteria and started showing skepticism when he didn't answer the questions and instead circled around them. Now he's at his little blog and making outlandish accusations such as Roxas XIII, Alex, Toggi3, Friskeygirl, and others have sent him websites that have spammed or had pornography included. Another accusation included is that Roxas is going to sue him- which I know he wouldn't do unless it were to be a countersuit against the user's claims. He's also accused Friskey of copyright infringement after she provided a screen of his irritation (Which included a pic of the Goatse thing on his blog). As far as I'm concerned, I found the line of questioning reasonable, but apparently the user didn't appreciate having this "Magical funding of merriment" questioned.

As far as I know, these accusations are completely false or as weak as silica. They're not really all that strong, kinda flimsy, and will crumble if he tries to pursue them in real life. He has no real claims from what it looks but I'm not a law student so I'm not sure.

I'm sorry, Suiseiten, but I DO intend to sue him. Between his outright slanderous accusations and the recent laws passed to prevent cyberbullying, I'm quite sure I have a case.

Either he will remove his BS from the blog or I will have it shut down.

Roxas, you may have a case. It will cost you many thousands of dollars in legal fees to find out for sure. Are you prepared to fill some lawyer's wallet just because some dude insulted you on the Internet?

That idiot isn't worth it, even with the amount of evidence given not just because of this incident, but also because of how he has handled other members and are accusing them of actions that they're not even doing. However, I will join any countersuit if Zach's balls drop and he decides to go after anyone that he's mentioned on his blog.

What I was talking about is the picture that was in what you quoted in regard to Zach. I recall that there was an image that if you go to one of his last three threads that were locked there used to be a pic of a person spouting fecal matter in the air. It since was removed or something because the post that I'm talking about now has "Disturbing Picture Removed" in it. I can get the link if you'd like to see the thing that I'm referring to.

Either way, it seems like even a month or so later, he's still targeting you, Toggl3, and everyone else that called his bluff.

Edit: This is a quote by me, but about 4 posts later is the one I'm talking about. It should be August 27 8:30 am (give or take). The image deleted was what I am referring to.

I believe so because in your quote, it had the picture. Unless you just copied the quotes from the blog and it showed that pic until either you or an admin deleted it.
