Anyone here known as being the funny one?
I seem to be with some crowds.

It's not really wit, though. I just work with my own naivety, make perverted jokes, or act something out/do something amusing.

How are you funny?

My mom says I have a good sense of humor and she always tells me I'm "so silly" or "so cute".

My humor comes in the form of non-sequiturs, puns, my mannerisms and the way I word things. I know on the internet I'm very articulate, but communicating with me face-to-face comes with its own unique set of quirks.

Well, by taking what somebody else says, i tend to joke by using my aspergers to put what a person has said into a unique but funny situation.

For the most part, i don't understand humor, but i find that i am fairly good at making others laugh.

In my good place I like to make others laugh. I think its the ethical drive that causes this, wanting the best for others. Wit is probably related to intelligence too

Sometimes I can be funny but not on a regular basis.

Sometimes funny stuff comes out but I can't "write jokes."

Also, I don't know if people are "laughing with me or laughing at me."

The things I say or the jokes I tell. But I don't know if they are laughing because I said something cute or funny or something I said wrong.

Sometimes people laugh about the things I do but I don't know if it's because they find it funny or cute or they think I am being stupid. I don't worry about it.

But sometimes my humor hurts when I try to be funny.

I have had some problems in the past with not knowing if I was being laughed with/at so I try to avoid doing jokes around people I´m not comfortable with.

When I was in highschool I used to try to be funny but after a year I realized I was being laughed at so I started acting more seriously around my classmates.

Right now I usually try to avoid jokes whenever I´m meeting new people and start joking with them etc once I know I can trust them, most people seem to enjoy it more that way.

I've been told that I'm a funny person on several accounts, but I'm not the 'standup-guy' or energetic/enthusiastic type that are often labeled as funny/entertaining. My humor is often dark/sarcastic/witty/ironic/absurd, it's not initiating (as in I don't seek out to be entertaining, but I more often than not come up with witty comebacks). Humour has been my way of making conversations atleast somewhat reciprocal - and not just about myself or the other person, it's also a great defense mechanism if used correctly. I think growing up in a home filled with humour (though cheap humor) and sarcasm as well as reading/watching satire has made me the way I am.

I've been told I have a 'very weird' sense of humour* and I can almost always get a laugh out of friends & cow-orkers, but again, at or with...

*By my parents. Thanks guys. :?

I've been told, that I'm funny. I don't joke around, much around my friends, but I say things, that are funny.
