Can't make another post so soon?

About half an hour ago, I got a message to the effect, you cannot make another post so soon after the first.

And, okay, I understand if we have bandwidth issues. So be it.

However, if we can get to the point where we occasionally ping pong back and forth and dialogue, I think that will be yet another good thing to add to our repertoire. Yes, long posts can be informative and good communication. And so can short posts.

i only get that when for some reason my puter botches the "handshake" with the website and the website thinks i tried to post twice a fraction of a second apart.
