Dry logic thinking is the kind needed to land humans on the moon and return them to earth.

Efficient.
Effective.
Productive.

A book by Dale Carnegie about How to Win Friends and Influence People very slowly convinced me that the world actually runs on emotion, rather than logic.

Emotions like:

Recognition - Guinness Book of World Records/Olympics, etc., fame, education, Hollywood
Reincarnation - Non-profit religions
Rewards/Greed/Money - Follow the Money slogan - Profits
Romance
