For whatever reason, if I socialize with people for long periods of time while putting in a lot of effort to appear socially normal....i get massive headaches

Anyone else experience this?

After a few hours I come home with a really bad tension headache in the back of my neck and at the base of my skull.

Well, it makes me feel better to know it isn't just me who feels this way.

It's more when I have to fake social skills to hide aspergers is when I get the headache

Absolutely; socializing with people puts me under stress (which is frustrating, because socializing is something I want to and need to do in order to be healthy). And stress gives me headaches. Sometimes little nagging ones, and sometimes awful, nauseating migraines.

Sometimes headache, but mostly I'm tired and sleepy.

I don't particularly have this problem, however I may become a lil sloppy as time wears on, not badly but I lose a little bit of my social prowess in the form of seeming more eccentric. Mostly though I hold strong.

Yep. Socializing for a while means some sort of recovery time afterwards.
When I have to go out and do stuff, all I can really think of after a while is "when do I get to go home and lock the door and proclaim Done With Outside for Today!, Hoorah!"

I get exhaustion, headaches, nausea, stomach ache etc from socialising with almost anyone (excluding my best friend and my Dad)

As a matter of fact no it doesn't however I think I'd be the one giving somebody a headache since I talk a hell of a lot in person.

That happens to me a lot, and I also need to spend a few days alone, afterwards.
