We have our own body language. It's instinctive, it allows us to understand each other.

It just isn't NT body language.

It's really important that you know that. It changes everything, even interacting with NTs.

Really. The difference between being how you're told to perceive your social skills and how I'm telling you they really are is the difference between sounding funny when you talk, and having an accent because you're speaking a second language.
