I was reading how few people succeed while most cannot swallow a tablespoon let alone a teaspoon of cinnamon within 1 minute. The cinnamon tends to dry up the mouth real quickly and caused a smoke exhausted from the mouth that resemble a dragon breath.

So, I tried swallowing a tablespoon of cinnamon within a minute with no problem not knowing what will happen. As usual, I was very observant about the properties of the cinnamon and noticed that as much as the cinnamon dry up my mouth. The salivary gland tends to make more saliva than average person would make not to say that I drool a lot but.

I once won a 3rd place contest in eating a Jalapeno peppers.

I don't even want to try that given my issues with asthma.

Diagnosed under the DSM5 rules with autism spectrum disorder, under DSM4 psychologist said would have been AS (299.80) but I suspect that I am somewhere between 299.80 and 299.00 (Autism) under DSM4.
