....arn't we all.

Anyhooo. I still live with my father and step mam after coming out of the Army because quite simply I am Immature for my age and can't look after myself.
I got A job offer this weekend and I meant to of started today. The unfortunate thing is my time keeping and thinking ahead is next to non.
My dad had to get up at the same time as me 5:30am. And he said he would wake me up at that time. 6am he woke me up, I was busy getting ready etc then he says
I aint going to get their in time don't bother going in. Now he is blaming me for not getting up in time, and blames that it is my fault because I was on the computer all day yesterday. I don't even know what that means? I am struggling wether or not I am in the right or wrong, what should I of done?

The secound thing is, My father and Mother meant to write a written statment before I can actualy get an assesment for AS.

Great he hasd just phoned me and is yelling at me because I am on a computer in a library.
He thinks I do these and many other things on purpose and that I am taking the p!ss out of him and everybody else.
EVERYBODY HATES ME IT IS ALL MY FAULT!

When it comes to getting up for work, I think a bit of personal responsibility is needed. It you struggle then come up with a solution - I set 2 alarms for myself, the second for when I actually need to be up and it works for me. I've not relied on people getting me up since my school days.

Did you go to the job?

Seems to me you might be better off living somewhere where you won't get brow beaten. Like maybe under a bridge.

The worst thing to be in is a toxic, co-dependent environment. You get stuck in a cycle of mistakes and blame, anger and recrimination. Everybody feeds off of everyone else's negativity. You can't get better because if YOU get better then it makes everyone else look bad so if you try to get better they drag you back into the mud.

I'm just speaking off the top of my head. Maybe you are getting the support you need.

Yeah I now understand where I went wrong with the old alarm thingy, now that I have calmed down.

Oh I went to the Job but it didn't last long.
