No, I do not experience that often. Just once in a blue moon, which I guess is not unusual.

Sometimes when I'm in the middle of an intense discussion with someone, they start to look very far away even if they are right next to me, and it's this weird dream-like feeling. Everything seems unreal. But I can probably count on one hand the number of times that has happened. If it happens to you often, I'd say you should talk to somebody about it.

It's happened to me a few times over the years, but not a lot, no. I do often feel a strong derealization, though, when I'm experiencing prolonged anxiety. I wouldn't describe either of them as "feeling meh," however.
