As the title suggests.

I know I do, because when I can explain what I'm saying in my head, but when you actually talk to someone, you don't say it well, and you try to say over and over again until you get it right or something similar to that.

Do most of you all experience this?

I don't have a full on stammer or stutter, but at times by speech can be very halting and arrhythmic.

I love this question. I think I am more Tasmanian devil. :)

I know what you mean though. The stuff that comes out of my mouth doesn't always match what I mean to say. That and I know what I want to say, but I can't find the proper words so I end up describing what I mean to say without actually getting it out.
