That's what it feels like to manage my brain. Every day; every time I have to do something, my brain sends out loud protests of "IT'S TOO HARD AND I'M NOT DOING IT!! !", or, even better "NO!! !! NO!! ! NO!! NO!!".

I'm tempted to make up signs for myself that read "It didn't kill you the last time"
and
"Yes you can and yes you will."

Anyone else?

Three year olds like candy. Reward your inner child in some way for 'good' behavior.

 I like this idea. I think I could use some signs like that.

Good to see that my ideas are appreciated. :P

I am planning a motivation wall with lots of 6" x 4" frames to put replaceable motivational images (photo prints of things that I am planning, things I am proud of having achieved and images that I just like), but I haven't got up the motivation to do it yet...

 I know the feeling... I once bought a PDA to become more organised, and lost it. I thought it was a bad sign when by the time I got home from the store, I'd already lost the stylus.
