^^Yaye greetings SteelMaiden. I believe I often enjoy sleeping for approximately eight to ten hours. I believe that the pixies within my head become very tired if I sleep for less than eight hours.

I believe that when I am blessed by my University, I sleep for approximately eight to nine hours. However, if University is sleeping, then I believe that I sleep for approximately nine to ten hours. I am very sorry for being silly.

Nominally, about six hours. In practice, I usually take more than an hour to fall asleep and my sleep is usually quite broken, so I have chosen the zero-to-four option. On a weekend I'll sleep for much longer, but still quite broken.

7 is optimal
6 is decent
8 leave me a little groggy
9+ leaves me groggy rest of the day

I rarely get a good night sleep. Especially now that I have a laptop. There is much research to be done.

Me too. But it doesn't really matter because I have hardly any commitments that would prevent me from sleeping whenever it catches up to me. So I can just catch a nap whenever.

Probably around 7-8 hours. I can't really make myself sleep before midnight though so if I have to get up earlier than 7 am several days in a row the sleep deprivation starts becoming noticeable. I don't know how to deal with it because no matter how tired I am my biological clock wont let me sleep earlier than midnight.

My hours of sleep at night vary greatly, to be honest. The average per week, however, is probably about 5-6 hours. Then I take a few naps during the day a few days a week... so... an average of about 6? 6.5?

Thanks for the replies

My antipsychotics knock me out cold, so I'd say 7 hours during the university week, and 8-9 hours on the weekend

I used to have severe insomnia before I ever got treated, so I used to sleep 4 hours a night for two years without problem. I miss those days
