How many of you have to put things pointing in a certain direction when you place them down? Things like pens, pencils, remotes, phones, papers, books, anything. I like to have everything pointing in a certain direction, and so I orient things to point perfectly in that direction. Doesn't extend to furniture.

When I was younger I used to need to orient everything in that direction like that, or I would feel some bad stuff, etc., but now I just like to do that.

Do any of you do anything like this?

I tend to rotate everything in a certain direction and everything has to look perfect, organized and neat. The trouble is I'm a neat person and I can only flat share with other people that are neat. At first I thought it was something to do with AS but I have read on here that some people on the spectrum aren't very tidy or organized so I guess it's just a personal preference.

I'm organized but also messy. What I mean is, I have a lot of stuff in my room, but it's all pretty organized and I know where everything is, even with my eyes closed (and I've done this on numerous occasions, I blindfold myself playing fretless bass so that I depend on my ears and not on my eyes to play, not to mention it gives me a powerful stage presence, allowing me to have unbroken eye contact with the crowd, since I don't have to look at my bass, and gives me a very spacey look when I play.)

I like for everything to be neatly spaced and all with the same orientation. I am a f*****g whiz at tidying up rooms without really putting anything away.
